WHAT'S YOUR STYLE? Tell us about your look, hairstyle, colour palette and what you want to achieve.  

WHAT'S THE TIMESCALE? Book your slot now by paying a £20 deposit payable by paypal invoice via email. Lead times are dependent on product type and workload.

WHAT'S THE SKETCH? Modiste will suggest shapes, materials or sketches by personal consultation or by email for your approval

WHAT'S NEXT? Design and price is agreed and balance is paid by paypal invoice via email. Modiste makes the design, sending you updates for approval until piece is complete. Finished is approved by you and despatched or delivered.

Bespoke items are non-refundable and booking slot deposits are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of any fault, we will re-make or exchange the item. Any faults must be reported on receipt by post or following inspection on delivery.

Any items purchased from our stockists must be returned to place of purchase. Discounts given by Modiste emailer are redeemable on bespoke product direct from Modiste and not redeemable at stockists.
